The Urban Financial Services Coalition (UFSC), Richmond Chapter is a non-profit organization of minority professionals in the financial services industry and related fields. Chartered in June 1990, the organization is an affiliate of the Urban Financial Services Coalition with over 9,000 minority professionals within its network. The Urban Financial Services Coalition, Richmond Chapter provides educational, technical, and advisory assistance to the community: professional development for its members; and scholarships for local minority students pursuing degrees for disciplines within the financial services industry.0
