Thursday, March 17, 2011 – The Urban Financial Services Coalition, in accordance with its vision to ensure the full and equitable participation of people of color at all levels in the financial services industry, will begin its â100 Days, 100 Jobsâ campaign on March 17, 2011. You are cordially invited to attend the campaign’s kick off event, a Tele-Seminar featuring Jonathan McBride, senior White House official, Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of the White House Office of Presidential Personnel on March 17, 2011 at 12:00PM (noon) Eastern Time.Â The Tele-Seminar will also feature Kara Atkins and Sherida Harris, two members of the Urban Financial Services Coalitionâs Talent Management Committee.
The â100 Days, 100 Jobsâ campaign will assist minority job seekers in the financial services industry by allowing both UFSCÂ members and non-members to post copies of their resumes to the UFSCÂ Career Center, receive job alerts by joining UFSC social networking sites (Face Book and Linked In), and participate in interactive, informative âWho’s Hiring Nowâ Tele-Seminars with recruiters and executive search firms.
